We have a new beta site. To get the new Plant 3D Beta 3, just released today, you need to sign up to the new site. Here’s how:
You enroll into the Autodesk Feedback Community by going to https://beta.autodesk.com/signup/ and entering the security code and your email address. This is all new, and old Myfeedback usernames/passwords won’t work. You need to sign up from this new site. To do this you enter your email and submit.
This first step triggers an email to you for verification purposes.
Once received, please select the link in the email to verify your email address.
Note: Verification Emails are generally received within a few minutes, but may take longer. The Email will be sent from “Autodesk Feedback Community”. Please ensure that the Email will not be blocked by spam filters or network/firewall settings you may have in place. Customers who fail to receive a verification email within 24 hours are asked to contact us at pseb.beta@autodesk.com.
Selection of the verification link will take you back to the Autodesk Feedback Community site.
You are now asked to continue your signup process and complete all forms presented to you.
You need to fill out the information under Personal Account, About Me, Contact Settings and Computer information. In About me, please ensure to select AutoCAD Plant 3D as part of your selection, if you wish to participate in the Stella project.
Upon completion of all forms you will be presented with the following:
Once the Beta team has reviewed your application details, an email will be sent to you confirming your acceptance into the Autodesk Feedback Community.
The process of adding participants to test projects is not automated and requests are reviewed periodically during business hours. If you do not receive your acceptance email within 48 hours of applying, please notify us by email at pseb.beta@autodesk.com.
When you log in to the portal for the first time, you may not see any Beta projects. An email notice will be sent to you when you are added to a new project and this new project will appear on your Autodesk Feedback Community home page under Projects.
If you are a current member of the Autodesk Feedback Community (https://beta.autodesk.com), you do not need to sign up again. However, you should periodically review and update your Personal Profile information and select/update products you wish to Beta test. Your profile information will be displayed in a new window. Update the information and click Submit at the bottom of the profile window.
Questions about the process may be sent by email to pseb.beta@autodesk.com. The Autodesk Feedback Community team is committed to make your test experience as excellent as possible. You are encouraged to submit any feedback you may have to us at pseb.beta@autodesk.com.”
